2. What sources and data do we process?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In view of the above, the following data communication will pursue guaranteeing the correct development of the contractual and\/or commercial relationship and to fulfill IBK\u2019s legal obligations:<\/span><\/p>\n

\nFinancial entities (for the management of payments and charges).
\nCompanies belonging to the IBK Group.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. What data will be transmitted to other countries or international organizations?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The transmission of data outside the EU (the aforementioned other countries) will only take place if necessary for the execution of orders, if required by the law, if you have granted your authorization or in the framework of the said treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n

IBK has contracted the digital storage of data with the company ACCELERA TECNOLOGIA MES SOFTWARE S.L. IBK has entered into a contract of confidentiality with this company.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. How long will your data be stored for?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We treat and store your data for as long as is needed for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations, or for as long as you do not withdraw your consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once all contracts or commercial relationships maintained over the course of time have been canceled, and when no claim or amount pending payment exists by the company represented, the data will be kept blocked, provided any legal actions that the parties may enter into derived from the products and services contracted have not prescribed – or any responsibilities enforceable by virtue of these – and as long as the periods established for the conservation established by means of the applicable norms do not prescribe, which may vary depending on the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once said period has elapsed, the data may be deleted or maintained anonymously, that is to say, without the possibility of identifying the person to which they refer, for their use for statistical or internal analysis purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n
