\nData will only be transferred outside the EU if necessary to execute orders, if required by law or with your consent. IBK has contracted digital storage services with ANCO SISTEMAS DE GESTI\u00d3N, S.A., Tax ID A58269085, with which it has signed a confidentiality agreement.<\/p>\n

6. How long will your data be retained?<\/strong>
\nThe data will be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations, or until you withdraw your consent. Once the business relationship has ended and there are no pending claims, the data will be blocked until the legal limitation period for possible actions has expired. It may then be erased or anonymised for statistical or internal use.<\/p>\n
